2. Exception Circumstances
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Service Unavailability: Extended periods of service downtime due to our technical failures (exceeding our SLA)
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
- Service Cancellation: Cancellation within 48 hours of initial order placement, before service activation
- Technical Impossibility: When we cannot provide the ordered service due to technical limitations
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Domain Name Registrations: All domain registrations and renewals
- Third-Party Services: SSL certificates, software licenses, and external services
- Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or migration fees
- Used Services: Any hosting service that has been actively used (websites uploaded, emails sent, etc.)
- Violated Terms: Services terminated due to Terms of Service or AUP violations
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptional circumstances policy:
- Contact Support: Email support@splashservices.store within 30 days of the charge
- Provide Details: Include your account email, order number, and detailed explanation
- Documentation: Provide any supporting documentation or evidence
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Decision: You will receive a written response regarding the refund decision
5. Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases where a partial refund is approved:
- Refunds will be prorated based on unused service time
- Setup fees and domain registrations remain non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on payment provider
6. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting service at any time, but:
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
- Service will continue until the end of the paid period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after service expiration
- You are responsible for backing up your data before cancellation
7. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
- Your service will be immediately suspended
- Your account may be permanently terminated
- We may pursue collection of any outstanding amounts plus fees
- We reserve the right to refuse future service

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

9. Account Credits
In some exceptional circumstances, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer:
- Account credits for future services
- Service upgrades at no additional cost
- Extended service periods

Account credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
